27th October, 2005: Food makes me happy!!

Halloween is coming. I guess this Halloween would be a boring one. It seems like my life is getting more and more boring. The older I get the lonelier I'm. I've to watch Emeril's Halloween show to excite myself...Oh ya..they 're spooky in the show. See how they dressed up for the show!

What kind of dishes can you think of when you have squids in hand? Check out the squid (xxxxxfish) battle in the Iron Chef show. The challenger came up with the Ink soap and the Iron chef chinese came up with Ink fried rice....One of the tasters said the soap looks like the used engine oil..hahaha... I think the closest black soup that I could think of is the sweet black sesame porridge (dessert). But the black ink fried rice..euuu..what's that What is the official burger that I eat? It's the Hardee's thickburger. It's thick and juicy. I order the #2 combo all the time with the curly fries and a cup of ice cold tea. That's how I end my day! I tried a lot of food this week. I've been experimenting different sauce for different food. This chicken drumsticks dish is another sucessful one with black bean sauce. Hagaa daz is the king of ice cream. It's really unique combination of black truffle with a touch of cranberry in white chocolate vanilla ice cream. The taste is so new for me, just like those that I could get in the store only.
