05 Feb 21: Strange feeling day

Friends from my community college town came over and visited me. One of my friends is from Japan. She's travelling and visiting friends. As you know there's not a lot of things to do and see in my town. So they came and drove around and went back. Seriously I really didn't know what we could do in this town. I went to bed so late last night to finish my assignments. Of course I didn't have enough sleep. I didn't eat for the whole day until 7:30pm. I was so tired and sleepy. I passed out... I finally bought a printing card that required for printing any material out of computer. As soon as I get mine. The card machine indicated "Out of Card". How lucky am I!!! Finally I talked with an advisor regarding my graduation date. I just have to take 4 more classes to graduate. However the MIS specialization classes are not available during summer. That means I've to stay for the fall semester. Tomorrow there's a career fair @ Student Center. I just printed out my resumes and hope that I would have a chance to get an internship for this summer since I'll not be taking classes. God bless me!

Finally I went to the Bubble Tea place and ordered this bubble tea for $2.01. I met the boss there. I assume he's a nice person, especially I'm Chinese. It tastes good by the way. I'll order it once a while instead of frappuccino.

I’m extremely happy with my computer now.

It’s Working just like a brand new computer. I hope it’ll last long. Next week will be a busy week for me. Actually this week is busy enough for me. I’m an adult. I should be able to cope with this. I really like the combination of Picasa2 and Hello. Especially Picasa2, it’s so easy to use. Even a dumb guy like me can use without scratch my head. Didn’t sleep at all last night. Couldn’t get a good sleep after class either. What else can I do…

1st February, 2005

First day of February, guess what? Not good...I spent the whole day in fixing my computer. I tried all kinds of method to fix the blue screen restart problem. I tried formatting the computer and had a fresh install with XP. It didn't work...there must have something to do with my computer as to how it coperate with it. So then I installed the OS back to ME which I don't really want to. I cannot see the user friendly interface anymore...>_< The good thing is, problem's fixed now. I'm content with the result. I received some more assignments today. That means I've to work on it before next week. I'll have plenty of stuff to do next week. It's going to be a hard week for me. My friend is sick. Hope she gets well soon, really really soon.
